$2,300,000.00 Settlement Reached for Injured Worker

Latherow & Duignan has secured a $2,300,000.00 settlement and a waiver of a $700,851.61 workers’ compensation lien on behalf of our client, a pile-driver, who was hurt after the wall of a trench where he was working, collapsed.  According to the Jury Verdict Reporter, this is the highest reported settlement in Will County in 10 years on behalf of an injured worker whose injuries did not result in death.
